A kind of gymnastics suitable for back pain and spinal pathologies. The goal is to inform and educate people on how to treat back pain, by learning the proper movements to prevent it.


Postural Pilates

A Body & Mind class for the overall progress of one’s psychophysical conditions. The result is increasingly toned muscles, greater elasticity, reduction of stress levels, improvement of posture.


Global Stretching

Description:
Well-being of body and mind. It draws from various holistic disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Postural Gymnastics. Class accompanied by chillout music and candlelit atmosphere.


Yoga FIT

Description:
Exercises accompanied by appropriate breathing to work on body cells. Movements to strengthen the chest area, arms and legs alternating with exercises to tone and strengthen the abs and gluteus muscles, all following “yoga rhytm”.

It represents the evolution of bodyweight workouts. It allows you to improve cardiorespiratory system’s efficiency and the tone of the muscles of shoulders, arms, abs, buttocks and legs, using different fitness tools.
